Baby Emerald is a clean, natural-looking hand-tied jig designed to imitate the small baitfish and young forage crappie feed on every day. Its emerald-inspired coloring, subtle flash, and lively tail movement create a realistic presentation without overwhelming cautious fish.
This versatile pattern works especially well in clear to lightly stained water around brush piles, docks, standing timber, weed edges, and suspended schools of crappie. Baby Emerald can be cast, vertically jigged, pitched around cover, or slowly trolled.
