4) Pricing & Payments

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. By checking out, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your information is accurate. Your bank or provider may apply additional fees.

5) Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S. (and select international locations shown at checkout). Posted transit times are estimates; carrier delays and weather can affect delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance. For defective or incorrect items, see our Return Policy.

6) Returns & Exchanges

Most sales are final due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or incorrect, per our Return & Exchange Policy. Limited-run or “final sale” items are not returnable except for defects.

7) Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders (specific color requests, names, patterns, weights) are non-refundable once production begins. By approving a custom order, you confirm all details are correct.

8) Intellectual Property
